Our approach to your information

FACEhyb is currently a founder-led venture operated by Krisna Powell. For the purposes of this website, the person responsible for your information is Krisna Powell, operating FACEhyb. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@facehyb.com.

This notice applies to the FACEhyb public website and was last updated on 6 July 2026. It is designed for the current discovery and relationship-building stage. It will be reviewed before any live product, research study or pilot collects more detailed information.

What we collect

When you submit a website form, we may collect your name, email address, route or enquiry type, organisation or role where you choose to provide it, and the general message you choose to send. We also receive technical information created by normal website operation, such as form submission time and basic server logs.

Please do not send health information. The public forms are not designed for medical information, care records, safeguarding information, names of relatives or urgent concerns. Information about health can be special category data and requires greater care. If you provide sensitive information through a public form, we may delete it where it is not needed to respond safely.

Why we use it

  • To respond to an enquiry, introduction, partnership conversation or privacy request.
  • To understand the type of relationship a visitor is seeking with FACEhyb.
  • To send occasional updates or future invitations only where you actively opt in.
  • To keep a record of consent choices and protect the website from spam or misuse.

Our legal basis

For direct enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in running the venture, responding to people who contact us and developing relevant relationships. For optional founder updates and future invitations, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us or using an unsubscribe option in a future email.

Where forms go and who can see them

Website form submissions are captured using Netlify Forms and are stored in FACEhyb’s Netlify project workspace. The founder and any authorised FACEhyb team member may review them. We may also use a business email provider to receive a notification that a new submission has arrived. Netlify and other technical service providers act as suppliers helping us run the website.

Other services used by this website

The site is hosted on Netlify and currently loads web fonts from Google. Those providers may process limited technical data, such as IP address and device or browser information, when you access the site. Their processing may involve locations outside the UK. We will keep this service list under review as the website develops.

How long we keep information

  • General enquiries and route submissions: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed to continue a conversation you asked for.
  • Optional updates: until you withdraw consent, or until we review and refresh the relationship, normally no later than 24 months of inactivity.
  • Privacy requests, consent and suppression records: for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and respect your choices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or object to processing. You can withdraw optional update consent at any time. To make a request, email privacy@facehyb.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the data we collect, the tools we use or the purpose of the website changes. Before any product testing involving real users or sensitive information, FACEhyb will put in place a more detailed product and participant privacy approach.
